Egg is an important part of breeding programs for cage birds, particularly canaries, finches and budgies. It is especially valuable during the raising of chicks adding extra proteins, lipids and other essential nutrients not found in seed diets. 
Dried egg is pasteurized for safety and is easily added to softfood. Mix just prior to feeding and remove any leftovers from the previous feed.
